‌설계소묘: 서로 다른 세대가 한 대지에 사는 집으로 독립성을 확보하면서도 중정 데크를 중심으로 모이는 구조로 되어있어 '모아집'이라 부른다. 채가 나뉘어져 있지만 지붕은 자연스럽게 연결되어 일체화된 모습을 가지며 데크 윗부분의 지붕은 목구조의 골조를 그대로 드러내어 집의 물성과 개방된 공간감을 동시에 확보하게 된다. 지붕의 선은 대지가 바라보는 산세의 흐름을 그대로 반영하기도 한다. 총 35평의 단층주택이지만, 다락을 갖고 있고 쪽마루와 낮은 담장등의 장치, 넒은 외부공간으로 인해 여러가지 이야기를 만들 수 있는 여지가 많아서 결코 작지 않은 집의 이야기가 펼쳐진다.

Design Intention: This house is not just physical space to contain a family everyday life but also the expression of relationship and desire of better community. Recently, new trend of living is prominent in Korea. Many families are purchasing duplex house for living together with their neighbors and Young couples are trying to build their own house for their young kids. As an extension of this trend, this house is providing new prototype in family living.
