‌물을 이용한 모든 경험이 가능한 워터프론트 타운을 만드는 것이 목표였다. 그것을 뒷받침하기 위해서 자연지형에서 물이 흐르는 것 같이 인공 구조물 사이사이를 gray water가 흐르도록 모든 랜드스케입 요소를 배치 하였다. 루프 시스템을 기본으로 서로 다른 프로그램들이 연결되도록 하여 매크로 한 스케일에서 부터 마이크로한 스케일까지 물의 다양한 면을 경험 가능하게 한것이 특징이다.

How should waterfront be in a little volume of water? The water of a stream is connected to the reservoir and water flow has sculpted the topography in the site. We should follow the new town planning system as a premise but wanted to keep the existing topography for landscape on the urban fabric. Grey water from buildings and leachate can be purified through the landscape and flow to the main water stream. The limited waterfront surface can be expanded due to look at waterscape and touch in residential area. The loop system from the city scale to micro neighborhood one is also operated as a system to expand chances to meet the water with uncertain program and shape gradually distributed.  It is not urban design which divide one area and another exactly but the urban system which divide area gradually and is recognized as scale and program change. This is the similar concept the water fluid that is one of water characters.
